1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggplay ("ggplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ggplay.club. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ggplay platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. ggplay is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ggplay support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ggplay is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ggplay reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum amounts, and processing timelines with reasonable notice.

4.2 GCash Withdrawal Processing

ggplay targets a GCash withdrawal processing time of approximately one (1) hour from the time of a verified withdrawal request. This target applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Actual processing times may vary due to GCash system availability, KYC verification requirements, or security review procedures. ggplay does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance after deducting any restricted bonus funds; (d) ggplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ggplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggplay does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ggplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not automatically withdrawable.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ggplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. ggplay does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ggplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Decisions made by ggplay regarding technical malfunctions are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.

ggplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ggplay content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. ggplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ggplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination and Suspension

ggplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at ggplay's sole discretion. Upon termination, any available balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ggplay support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ggplay platform shall first be submitted to ggplay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms
